Honey Flavors
Raw Clover – New York/Pennsylvania summer honey made from local flowers that bloom during this time. Light in color.
Raw Wildflower – Fall honey produced in Pennsylvania off of flowers that bloom such as goldenrod, Japanese knot weed, and many others. Dark in color and has a strong taste.
Raw Orange Blossom – Made in Florida in late winter, early spring, off of blooming orange trees. Medium in color.
Raw Blueberry – Made in Maine or New Jersey around May while bees are pollinating Blueberries. Medium in color.
Raw Raspberry – Made in Oregon or Maine during the spring/summer. Light in color and tastes sweet with a raspberry taste.
Raw Buckwheat – Made in Washington in the fall. Dark in color. Has a strong (some say malty) flavor and will remind you of molasses.
Raw Apple – Made in Pennsylvania during the spring time. Typically light in color. Light spring flavor with a hint of spice that reminds some of cinnamon.
Raw Blackberry Honey – Made in Washington state during late spring/early summer. Has an amber color and a light sweet berry taste. (Out of Stock)
Raw Alfalfa Honey – Made in New York mostly in the Summer. It is light in color with a pleasingly mild grassy flavor.
Lavender Infused Honey – We used our Pennsylvania Spring Raw Honey and combined it with Lavender buds to give the honey that great relaxing taste of spring! The Lavender flavor does come through the honey so if you like Lavender this is the honey for you!

Shipping is already included in the price! We will be using a Priority Medium Flat Rate Box which is included in the price to help keep shipping costs down! If you need your honey shipped to a different address than your billing address, please let us know in the order notes section at checkout!
